Saving sites

Saved sites keep a location, its search area and its results in a portfolio you can come back to — and, on Pro and above, keep an eye on automatically.

Saving sites is a Pro feature​

Running a check is free and unlimited. Keeping it — building a portfolio you can return to, compare, and monitor — needs a Pro plan, or a seat on a Team or Practice workspace (both of which include everything in Pro). If you're on the free tier, the report panel will point you to Pro when you try to save a site.

Saving a site​

  1. Run a check on the location you want to keep, from the map.
  2. Select Save site in the report panel.
  3. The site is added to your portfolio, with its search area and the constraint results at the time you saved it.

Your saved sites list​

Open Sites from the app navigation to see everything you've saved. Each entry shows:

  • The address or location and when it was last checked.
  • A quick status summary (including whether any category is currently Partial rather than Clear — see Reading your results).
  • Whether monitoring is switched on.

On a Team or Practice workspace, this becomes a shared pipeline: stages, assignees and comments on the sites your practice is actually working, so everyone on the workspace sees the same board rather than five people checking the same address separately. Comparing sites​

Pro (and above) lets you compare up to four saved sites side by side at full survey depth — useful when you're shortlisting between several options and want the constraint picture for each in one view.

Monitoring​

Turning on monitoring for a saved site re-runs the survey weekly and alerts you if a new constraint entity appears — a new designation, or a dataset back-filling a record that wasn't there before. You can stop monitoring a site at any time without losing the saved entry. This is the same underlying mechanism as watches, scoped to one saved site rather than a wider area.

If a monitoring pass hits a source that doesn't respond, the site's status reflects that (a "monitoring degraded" note) rather than silently reporting no change — the same rule that governs a single check's results applies here too: quiet must never be mistaken for confirmed-clear.

Removing a site​

Delete a saved site from its card in the Sites list at any time. This also switches off any monitoring or watches tied to it.
