Grouping adjacent titles into an assembly

The Assemblies screen merges multiple adjacent registered titles into one holding with a single merged redline, one complete constraint picture and one unified report. This is essential for land assembly projects where you control several plots and need to understand the combined constraint exposure across all of them.

Opening Assemblies​

From the main screen, select Assemblies (top navigation). You'll see a form with two ways to add parcels.

Adding parcels to your assembly​

Method 1: From your saved sites — tick the checkboxes next to any sites you've already screened and saved. The form will check adjacency automatically when you create the assembly.

Method 2: Paste coordinates — paste a list of coordinates (one lat,lng per line, comma-separated, decimal format) into the text area. The app will look up the title for each coordinate and check that all titles are within 5 metres of each other.

You can combine both methods if needed — saved sites and pasted coordinates together — as long as they all fall within the 5-metre adjacency threshold.

Adjacency and gaps​

Parcels must be adjacent within 5 metres to merge into a single assembly. If your coordinates or saved sites have a gap larger than 5 metres, the app will ask you to confirm whether to proceed or adjust.

A worked example on the form shows the expected input format: paste two or more coordinates and the form auto-fills to demonstrate the shape and structure.

Creating your assembly​

Once you've selected all the parcels, click Create Assembly. The app will:

  1. Merge the boundaries of all titles into one redline.
  2. Run a full constraint screen across the merged area.
  3. Generate a single unified report covering the entire holding.

The resulting assembly has one constraint picture — not multiple — with all overlapping data aggregated and deduplicated.

The assembly report​

The report for your assembly covers:

  • The merged property boundary and all registered titles within it.
  • All constraint categories at your chosen search radius.
  • One green/amber/red status per constraint type for the entire holding.
  • Historical ownership information for all constituent titles, aggregated.

You can export this as a PDF or DOCX file just like a single-site report.

Saving and reusing assemblies​

When you create an assembly, you can save it to your board like any other site. The assembly's constraint picture, report and boundary map are preserved. You can revisit it later, swap components, or export a new copy of the report with updated data.
